Designer to Look Out For: Prabal Gurung
If there is one collection that is the most buzzed about this fall (Rachel Zoe named him as one of her faves to see this season, and socialites and celebs like Zoe Saldana are wearing his gowns), it's Prabal Gurung. He designed for the now-defunct Bill Blass and has worked for some of the most recognized names in American sportswear: Donna Karan, Cynthia Rowley. Born in Singapore, raised in Kathmandu, with stops at New Delhi's National Institute of Fashion Technology, and then Melbourne and London, the well-traveled designer takes something from every city into his work.
Tasteful Tunics
These tunic are so feminine and excellent tummy hiders! Just make sure you go for a print that is suitable for your frame and wear something a little more fitted at the bottom so you do not have a whole mass of volume going on. Enjoy! =)

Temperly goes Economic
Good news my fierce fashionistas: Temperly London has just announced that they are launching in 2010 a wayyy lower-priced line of clothing that start at around $57. We just hope that the $57 price tag is a skirt and not a pair of socks!? We can't wait to see =)
Tim Gunn Meets Marvel
One of our favorite fashion personalities of all time is Tim Gunn "Make it work" will be turned into an 8 page comic by Marvel to save the day at the New York Museum of Fashion. As it turns out, the Marvel Comics staff is replete with “Project Runway” fans — Gunn later visited the office for a tour, and one employee cried when he complimented her outfit haha LOVES IT!!!

Bride or Guest?!I was at two weddings this past week and for those of you with no common sense repeat after me:
IT IS NOT OK TO WEAR WHITE AT A WEDDING!
White is for the bride only unless she specifically requests you to wear it. It is rude and not your time in the spotlight. If I see you I am secretly hoping someone spills red wine and stains your dress, I take that back not so secretly, in fact - I might! So please pick a different colour!
