The Pantone Color Institute released their Pantone Fashion Color Report Spring 2010. They shared the top 10 colours chosen by NY fashion designers for Spring '10. My tip: If you're buying a top and can't decide between shades just refer to this palette cuz it will be a hot colour for spring! Enjoy =)
