DIY!

Eugenia Kim Kelly Ruffled Barrette for US$99

All you need is a 1) a Long Ribbon,
2) Thread (same colour of ribbon),
3) Glue Gun,
4) Scissors, and
5) a Barrette.

Play around with the ribbon looping it back and forth and set in place with the glue glue (if you're really ambitious feel free to sew it in place in stead!) Tie thread in center of bow, cut ends of ribbon diagonally and then just glue it to the barette.
