Marc by Marc Jacobs Shoe Lace Bow Hairband for US$28This is an easy DIY! All you need is 1) a coloured plastic hairband, a 2) nifty shoelace and 3) a glue gun! Simply tie a bow with the shoelace and glue it where you'd like it on the hairband and taaa dum! Have fun experimenting with different flashy colours!
ps you'll probably need a shorter shoelace than the average size
