Lee Angel 10-Karat-Gold-Plated Silk Necklace for US$205All you need is a chain from an old necklace with some semi large hoops to loop the fabric through. Buy some pretty colorful silk/chiffon fabric and a bonus if you have zig-zag fabric scissors.
1) Cut the Fabric into Long Strips
2) Tie the Long Strips around the Center Links of the Necklace
3) Add as many Strips as desired and assemble in a pretty pattern
4) Trim the Access Fabric with the Zig-Zag Scissors
